Which one do you consider the better, and if money wasnt a object which one would you use and why, We currently have licenses for both kayako and cerberus and currently use kayako.

Ok here is an easier solution for you. You say you have the licenses for both. So use both for a time of period on your production envoirment and see which one you like more and fits to your needs better. Do your own evaluation ;)

IMO Cerberus is has a too bad GUI, while esupport looks nice and very userfriendly! :)
