If more towards quality, I highly suggest you look at RSHosting.com -- I've been with them for coming up on a year (about.. 9 days from now), and they have been worth every dime. The prices seem high, but damn is it worth it. Try their support, I dare you ;)

for a typical "10$ reseller plan" the best i've tried is qualityhostonline! (i'm in Europe, and i've got a reseller plan located @ theplanet).
i've tried 4-5 companies ;) good luck

I opened today a reseller account at ReselerZoom. Their FTP upload is amazing fast, their reputation 1A+. The price is great!

Allow me to add one more to your list: Bliksem (http://bliksemhosting.com/). When I left hosting, I went through numerous hosts before finding Blik. Do a search here to see more reviews.

If your budget allows, take a look at www.rochenhost.com. Very good support though their plans may be more than you are willing to spend. But you know the old saying...

I've used them in the past and was happy until I didn't need a reseller account anymore. Good luck! :)

Don't see that sentiment as often as you used to. Kudos to you and Rshosting.

"end user support" != "good end user support". Caveat Emptor.

(NOTE: This isn't a slam at anyone in particular, I'm just simply stating that end user support isn't neccessarily good by virtue.)
