You can partner with Kemford if you like the following:
1. No Customer Support and No Reseller Support
2. Unresponsiveness when a site goes down.
3. Rude support
They only have one Support Rep and she is not even that. She is a relayer. She relays problems via Instant Message to the Techs in Russia. She has no clue as to how anything works, their Management, if they have any, does not monitor how the company is run because they have their hands in other projects and if you do get ahold of Jennifer, the so-called support Rep, she takes anywhere from a day to an unbelievable 2 WEEKS to get a problems fixed.
So, yeah, Kemford is a good option if you can put up with all of the above and you don't mind losing customers.
This is just touching the tip of the iceberg with this company. We have used them for approx. 2 years and in the last 6-8 months or so since they were bought by Steve Curry in Canada, they have really sucked. When the Kemfor Rep answers the phone, she says thank you for calling 411.ca at times and then others she says thanks for calling Kemford. Oh, this is when she is in the office BTW, which isn't a minute earlier than 11am EST. Unbelievable!!!!!!
