1- did he provide you with a retail account or reseller account?
2- same as above
3- you cant do it unless its a reseller account, if yes you can visit the reseller page for more info about registryrocket/pdq, or purchase ready made software and integrate it with 2co or any other payment system. ready made softwares suc has awbs.com modernbill.com whoiscart.net etc..

I'm assuming that you have an eNom reseller account versus an eNom retail account.
Generally, you might want to checkout the Domain Name Tutorial section here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=71 for articles like honestman's eNom Step by Step Guide here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=260873
(1) Your ETP (Enom Technology Partner) can change your pricing (why did you get $10 pricing when $8.95 is generally available for free?). To stop him see this article: "How to protect your eNom reseller account" here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=253715
(2) The domain should show up with your customer's company name in the whois if you do it right, but will say "Registration Service Provided By: YOUR COMPANY NAME"
(3) You might look at www.whoiscart.net and also www.AWBS.com
Good Luck!

He can change your pricing but if you are using your account than account cannot be deleted.
2-if i register domain or my customer did then
his company name will show or my company name with whois
For a reseller account your company name will show. For a retail account your above Enom partner details will be visible.

$8.95 account is freely available that means you can signup $8.95 account but won't be able to use it until you deposit $100; also this prepayment is necessary for all reseller accounts.
You will have to prepay $495.00 if you are signing up Directly under Enom. This is Enom's way of supporting their resellers so new clients signup under Enom's resellers and not under Enom. Again this is the same reason you will find domain registration prices quite high at $29.95 at Enom.com

You might try Bashar or mdadnan (both have links in their signatures above), Kohashi ( www.ohashi.us and www.895.org ), or, there's www.NameZoom.net with an interesting rebate set-up.
Basically, like mdadnan stated, a $100.00 deposit for all sub-reseller accounts is required to get started. This deposit money is used to buy the domain names.
