I'm about to install CPanel on a box that's already setup for a few domains (10-20) and I was wondering if I will have any problems with the setup? I've asked a few people and they start fresh. But that's not really an option :\
Also wondering if it will play nice with qmail and proftpd :)
Thanks :)

not sure if it's possible actually. If it is, I know it's far from recommended. CPanel/WHM can be a tempermental beast if it's not happy where it is, and that usually means a clean slate AFAIK

Its not recommended, the best way to do is get a clean server with Redhat and install CP and then transfer the clients over.

Do you know if cpanel plays nice with Proftpd and Qmail?
We're trying to wait for hostgui, but if it doesn't come out at the end of the month. We're definitly going to go with Cpanel.

proftpd is not a problem. However, CPanel does not use qmail (uses exim), so there probably would be trouble there.
