I got a full cage and dedicated connection directly to Cogent. I have a summit 48 switch and will add BGP once my network is built out. I need to utilize 256 Ips to add BGP so I need to use it up. I will only offer colocation. You colocate your server and I give you dedicated bandwidth and rackspace. PM me if your serious

Cage is located in Santa Clara at Colo.com I have a full cage and will charge at $50 per 1U and $50/Mbps I think this is quite fair considering how much I had to pay in startup cost. There's a catch, you have to admin your own server. I have a guy that can do work on your server but you pay him ($100 per hour) I will have a APCC remote power device installed soon so you can power cycle your server though browser.
Of course nothing illegal will be allowed. No spamming or illegal content or actions.

Sounds like a good deal, I like how your honest about exactly what you have and dont have. You should get some interest out of it.

Right now I have 100 Mbps that is hardly in use and the software I am planning to use has some bugs that need to get worked out. I need to make sure everything is working before I lauch that project but I hope it will be out soon. I got a full cage and bandwidth that is hardly even in use so I am trying to cut some cost.

Just a question others might like to know, How is bandwidth billed? ( $50 mbps I heard but uh is this average, 95%, or capped or what? ) Glad to see you got it all worked out and hope someone signs up with you. :-D

It's a cap. No surprises with billing and I still got some space. I only need 1/4 of my full cabinet. Colo.com only lets you buy the whole thing so I don't want to waste it. So far my connection has been pretty solid.
