I am trying to connect to a RaQ3i though FP 2000 and I cannot get access. I have two RaQ3is that are configured identically, but I cannot get access through FP2000 on one. One Server1, I can access it through FP2000, but I cannot access Server2 through FP2000.

I found info on the Cobalt site that indicates that I need to telnet or ssh to the server as admin, and delete directories. My problem is that I do not see these directories, even on Server1. Therefore, I know that I am doing something incorrect.

How do I telnet or ssh? I can telnet to both servers, su root, but when I do a ls or dir, I do not see anything. On server1, there is are three hidden directories and two directories, mail and web. If I cd to web, I can see the index.html file, but no other directories.

What am I doing wrong or how do I perform ssh?

I found an obscure reference that I need to log on as webmaster to the server thru FP 2000. I use a RaQ3i, but has the RaQ4r software on it. Evidently, with RQ3i software, you can connect as admin, user, etc, but not in RaQ4r software. What consistency!
