I am a web developer in Europe and specialized in creating dynamic content with script languages like PHP and database connection with mySQL. My focus is primary technically and I am not a graphic designer.

Now I may have some local customers who require websites and I need a graphic designer interested in creating a win- win relationship for my projects. You should be able to provide mock-ups very fast. If the customers likes the layout I will use it in my scripts and will share my profits with the designer.

It may also be possible to do the other way around: If the you get a request for a script from your customer, I can provide the technical part and you will share your profits in exchange.
