An fwp can be successful and profitable if you do it right. Most fail because they try to offer too much for the price, free. Many startup claiming to offer more than most pay hosts do, then they get that bill and find out it all costs money. If you keep your services even, offer just a bit more than the average free host does, and rotate ads for every friggin ad-network you can find on the net that will let you, and you can actually break a decent profit.

One thing you need to do is to stop putting in those pop ups. That will be one thing that will drive people away from your site.

The pop ups are virtualave's. Once I move to my server no more pop ups. I hate them even more than you :).

cahostnet, the currency drop-down box on your payment page defaults to Austrian Schillings - might be worth changing it to sterling or dollars.
