Does anybody here have any experiences with centihost.com?

Right now I am testing one of their plans. I put my site on their server on Saturday night (they were very helpful) and it was offline for at least 30 minutes on Sunday and I was not able to access my site at all today. :bawling:

Is this normal with them? I also created a trouble ticket yesterday but did not get a reply yesterday. Don't know if I got a reply today because I can't access their site :rolleyes: . I also send them a PM here but did not get a reply either.

Anybody else have ANY kind of experiences with centihost.com?

I signed onto them on Friday and my site was working on Saturday, but Sunday morning it has been down since. I've sent five emails and one pm. But there has been no reply. They seem to be really nice, but I'm jumping ship. And if they charged my credit card, I'm back charging them. Its too bad. I had some high expectations for them, which was, I guess, my problem.

C'est la vie.

Could have been server upgrades etc. Do they offer an upline %? Usually it's around the 99.5% uptime. This means you should expect around 3.5 HOURS of DOWNTIME each month. :eek: :rolleyes: :angry: :bawling:

That's true Aussie, they could be updating their software in which case, they should notify their customers. Still, they seemed very nice and it's a shame it didn't work out with them. I only wished they would return my emails to give me the inside scoop and I would know where we stand. I just started with them so its no biggie. I'm just worried about my credit card. Alas

Never had a downtime of 24 hours before with any other host.

So who are yous going to host with now?

I am not 100% sure yet. So far I always made bad decisions and never found a good host. All I want is something fast & reliable.
