Anyone good experiences with these bad boys??

We're looking for one specifically to do port restricting....eg. port 1 can only throughput 256k and port 10 can throughput 2048k etc....

Does this demon support that sort of 'policing' ??

If not ( or instead of ) can someone recommend a good packet shaper, whether its hardware or software....something with a *reasonable* price tag....i dont want to be paying 7200 router prices ;)
