I am looking to transfer my site over to a new host- not happy with our current situation. Can anyone recommend a company that will provide the following...

- User friendly software that allows my staff to update the site on a daily bases
- Create a searchable database that can be continuously updated
- Free access to FTP
- Supports Real Video/Audio
- Great Customer service
- up for the challenge to create a dynamic and involved site

We are a media company and must have flexibility to upload unlimited amount of streams. We also would like to incorporate a searchable archive.

It really depends on what youre looking for. Are you looking to pay for what your using?, or get 15GBs of monthly transfer for 10 bucks? Streaming audio/video on a what seems to be described as a corp./high traffic site isn't going to be cheap.
