For the last couple of days I have been looking around the web to find legal informations about doing business worldwide.

Our servers are located in USA, we are a canadian registered company and we are doing business worldwide. Does people from USA who purchase a package from us are protected by the US law or by the Canadian law ?

Can we legally sell hosting anywhere in the world or do we need to adapt our TOS for some countries ?

different countries have different laws but i would have imagined US and canadian law would be similar as they are fairly integrated. dont know for sure tho.
