I have a question,
I live in Holland (The Netherlands) and I have a client in the USA.

He wants to pay me $700 over paypal...
Now my question is, is this safe? I mean, the current state of paypal...

Will I ever get my money? :D

Yupp, that's no problem and safe.

I'm from the Netherlands (hé, een nederlander :) ), and use paypal without any problems. They can also transfer the money to your dutch bank account for only $1,50!

Paypal is good for stuff like that .. I have bought 2 cars over ebay using paypal with no problem.. Only thing I will warn you about is be careful with who you deal with.. If someone complains a little about this or that paypal is FAST to freeze your account without blinking and it takes alot of time for them to "investigate" when they decide to go that road.. good luck..
