Does anybody knows any phones of techs from lightone or other contact information?

My server is being down for over 30 hours now.

I tried numerous way to contact them

1. Emailed pager@lightone.net and support@lightone.net - no luck. Mail bounching back with

451 lightone.net: Name server timeout

2. Sent a message through Human Click. No answer.

3. Tried to call their toll free number - it is always busy.

4. Tried to contact Chris through AIM and ICQ but he is constantly aaway.

So, if you can suggest any other way to contact lightone. Please let e know.

From what I have read and experienced myself that is the routine over there.. You can always send a support ticket snailmail :) If your lucky they might Fedex you back a reply..

Thanks for everybody who answered me. I laready was lucky to contact a person in Humanclick chat. They promised to take care about the issue. We'll see.

Welcome to the club. We ha a similar problem with them http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=39935
and hope this is going to be resolved today because otherwise we will take immediate legal action. In fact we are in contact with lawyers on his location. Let me know if your server is rented from them or if it is colocated. Let me know by PM or ICQ if you are prepared to take action together with us. Thanks for you time.
