In your personal opinion, which toll-free company is the best? I am looking into buying a number for support and sales. I tried the trial on angel.com, and I must admit it was not bad at all. I was wondering if there was anything similar, but cheaper out there.

I do not know if this is possible, but is there a way so that if you go over the allowed minutes, the line will cut off. I guess almost like a prepaid cell phone, once the minutes are done, so is the line.

I’d appreciate answers to these questions, thanks a lot.

Regards,
Daniel Rocha

You should have done a search. There are plenty of threads out there about toll free service.

I personally use telcan.net

Do you want a toll-free number or a virtual office?

For a toll-free number, you might check out Vonage. For a virtual office, we use Freedom Voice.

Now - as far as cutting off, why? I mean, if you are speaking to a customer and you get disconnected, the customer will try to call back and I would guess you would not want the call to go thru since you are over your minutes? I doubt many people would actually stay on with you if that happens.
