I'm evaluating the AWBS billing system right now, and I would like to know if anyone has dealt with the problem of running multiple resellers through it? The resellers should be able to bill and manage their clients through AWBS similar to how we manage the resellers. Is it possible through user grouping to do this?

I'm also having trouble finding out if the system is capable of prorated billing, and this seems to be the forum to find out in. Thanks for any help!

I don't believe AWBS does pro-rated billing.
