I can't comment on the company you mention.... never used them myself.

As far as recommending a host that "doesn't cost much", that would really depend on what you're looking for.... what features, etc. There are MANY web hosting companies roaming these forums, and many offer great prices.

You may want to check out the "Web Hosting Special Offers" forum to see if anything in there looks appealing.
