Does this ever happen to anyone in this forum?

I submitted a ticket to get a problem resolve. MCHost responded with an automated message saying that they got it resolved. But, in reality it has not been resolved. I sent several more emails asking about it. They said "Oh, the ticket mysteruosly disappeared." The original ticket was submitted on Mar 14. Until now (3/17) I haven't seen or heard much from them.

I am terribly disappointed since I've heard so much praise about them in this forum.

I am starting to think that I've made a mistake by choosing MCHost. They seem to be very, very, very responsive to pre-sale questions. After the sale, ?????????.

I am sorry but i don't see any ticket open from you, but i know it has been replied to. As mentioned in our support forums, the current ticket system is having some problems and doesn't seem to very well handle a large amount of requests (3000+ tickets) and we're looking to downgrade to the previous version. Have you tried contacting one of our staff members personally about your issue?

We never leave tickets unanswered for 3 days. Either we resolve it or we reply to you that we're working on it or need more information.

Please check under "Closed Requests" since resolved tickets do not show on the ticket main page. Also, this is not the MCHost support forums and our tech support representatives don't spend all day reading through WebHostingTalk so next time, please contact our customer service or any staff member at the forums.

I see one ticket in the database from you from the 14th which has been submitted on 14-2-2002-06:14 and resolved on 14-2-2002-07:38 (a little more than an hour after). Then i see one open ticket from you (sorry, didn't see it when writing the above) from 2 hours ago which is billing-related and will be replied to by the billing dept. So again, please check under Closed Requests .
