I'm looking to share a co-lo server with someone. Its a 1U PIII with a 60gb HDD. Currently, my co-lo plan is $100 a/month for 100gb of transfers. I'm willing to offer 40gb's of space and half of the bandwidth for $75 a/month.

i'm interested but how much would it be for more space and bandwidth. Also are there any restrictions toward the resources.

Not trying to loose you a potential partner Anime, but Jackrabbit, if you need more space and more bandwidth than that, I recommend you go and get your own server unless you don't want to do the server administration (upgrading the OS etc.).

thanks for the info but i've already done all the research and decided I don't have enough time to admin my own server at the moment. However I was looking at a colocater that would do it for me and everything.
