If you don't mind using Microsoft then you could use community server (http://www.communityserver.org)

Usually Fantastico has some great Weblogs, and a lot of hosting companies have cPanel with Fantastico. You might want to check it out, really easy to create the blog too!

What are you looking for - a script to manage multiple free blogs where users can create their own, or a free script to run your own blog?

To offer blog service where everyone can create their own blogs. Like BlogHoster but I do not want to use this script.
