As soon as payment has been completed we will deploy your server within 72 business hours or less. You will not be billed automatically by our online ordering system since we haven't implemented it yet.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept PayPal, Wire Transfer & 2Checkout

2. When will my server be ready?
Our normal provisioning time for new server orders is 72 business hours but since our inception till date we haven’t passed the 24 business hour mark.

3. Technical Support? How is it handled?
Currently we provide technical support through our helpdesk 24x7 and telephone support during normal business hours.

4. Full Server Management eh…well almost everyone offers that but hardly keep up to it. What is so special about your full server management plan?

All prices are in USD.

Which data center are you in? Do you have cpanel licences for sale/lease?

Pierre we are in the iWeb datacenter in Montreal. Unfortunately we do not have cPanel licenses for sale/lease on servers other than our own.
