Hi. I've heard a lot of good things about telaserv.net and was in contact with them a couple of months ago regarding reselling and they replied almost instantly. But I've been trying to email them and I don't get a reply. Does anyone know what is happening with them or if their service has changed?

David mentioned in one thread that one domain of theirs was having strange DNS issues (cached somewhere on the net, screwing up sometimes, I think it was), so if you can't get them through that domain, you could try @intraspatial.net

Our email is working fine and we have no reports of anyone being unable to get through.. and we would surely know.. [I hope]

zuby84, possibly you are trying to reach us from a free webmail service that we have blocked due to ridiculous amounts of SPAM..

These are mounting up now unfortunately..

You can certainly always get through by using the email link here at WHT.. so please try that at your convenience..

Thanks Chicken, the tests were rec'd and that matter with the problem domain has now been fixed by the registry, although it did not affect email traffic for our advertised addresses..

Yeah I was using a hotmail address, that's probably the reason. Are the aol adresses blocked too?
