I obviously don't have any information about what's going on here, but does anyone other than what's being posted? Don't get me wrong, I'm not at all saying this isn't happening, I really don't know at all, but how can we know? I'm just interested, because people get so peeved when someone says anything negative about someone here, be it they have a reason or not (bashing, flaming, or whatever they want to call it, no matter what) but if someone posts about something we don't know about, I often see comments like this above -- and really, if I don't know anything or much about the person claiming it, even if it sounds true, I don't like I'd comment that it's a bad company or ran by some kid -- unless you know something for a fact that I don't. Don't get me wrong, Charles is a good guy and reasonable, but out of all the stuff that's happened on these boards and people's comments about people saying things, I don't think we should jump to conclusions based on what's posted -- not without proof -- but maybe I missed something.

I feel for you WebTech. The Internet is a wonderful tool that can surely be used against us. Good luck.

I would have just bypassed this thread as a whole, and wrote it off as someone being silly, but ive had the displeasure of talking to people from lightone personally, and hearing how they talk to prospective customers (recorded), and seeing how they treat existing ones (see all the negative posts). So with this guys post aside it still occurs to me that the company must be run by kids.

I assumed you probably knew something I didn't. Thanks for the heads up. When I see someone post that I don't know is credible -- not that the poster of this thread isn't -- I just don't know of him like I do you, then I have to wonder. Also, that I see people respond often with comments like that, based solely on a story. Again, I think I can trust what you say, since I know about you, but not to discredit the original poster's claim either -- I just didn't know. I find that a pretty high precentage of web hosts that have complaints often, are usually ran by kids. Heh, I just had to make sure you weren't slipping, as it seemed out of place. Notwithstanding, now I am up to speed.

After a long time with Chris, both on the phone and off just now I would like to clear this up. The 10-12 Screen Names that have been harassing me are not employees of LightOne as they have said. The litigation of these screen names having my phone number from the LightOne database are false after being confirmed with Chris. I should've messaged Chris when this all started instead of coming here and flaming them until i had all the facts correct. Please close this thread immediately.
