OK since I do not want make my client disapoint with my service, I'd like to know your opinion/experience which one is the best:

what I need is realiable and friendly services, and I do not want doing business with a company who offer very good prices but later simply overcharge my CC using an UN-reasonable over bw usage (my client's recent provider com*******h.net use this method)
