I just had my VB installed and it's running great.

You get 4 gig of transfer rate.

Im wondering when you guy read their plane you may pick out some things that I would not know about.

Do they have a decent setup as far as server and equipment, is what they offer for the price good??

well if you are getting 4GB on their bronze plan, then their rates are pretty good........it looks like they are using visuallink.com........so you could check there if you want to find out more......

Don't look for problems....you post here and I can assure you someone will go to their site and find something to criticize. But, the point is....are you happy with their service? If so, then nothing else really matters.
