I am currently planning out the remainder of my activities in Chicago and I was curious what the lunch menu will be at the convention.

There are a number of very good places to eat in Chicago that I wouldn't mind trying so if the menu isn't to my liking I could still get reservations. :)

June 6:

Breakfast -

Dry Cereal Bar with Strawberries, Whole Bananas, 2% and Skim Milk

Fruit Breads and Muffins With Preserves and Butter

Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Starbucks Coffee and Selection of Teas

Chilled Orange Juice

Lunch -

Turkey Croissant

Fruit Salad

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

June 7:

Breakfast -

Cinnamon-Raisin, Sesame, Plain and Whole Wheat Bagels
Regular and Light Cream Cheese

Fruit Breads and Muffins With Preserves and Butter

Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Starbucks Coffee and Selection of Teas

Chilled Orange Juice

Lunch -

Meat Lasagna

Vegetable Medley

Assorted Rolls and Butter

Cream filled Cannoli


Dietary requirements can be accomodated. Please email registrations@hostingcon.com if you need to request special meals due to dietary requirements. We will be sending an email out to all registrants with the same information a couple of weeks before the conference.

The breakfasts are continental breakfasts, but the lunches are sit down, not buffet. With the number of people that will be there we had some concern about getting people through buffet lines quickly enough in the allotted time for lunch.

In addition, there will be speakers during lunch and we were trying to avoid having people all over the place trying to get food during the talks.
