Signed up for their $49 account, and they accepted it willingly.

I then wanted a mysql db, which they apparently did, but after 2 emails I still could not login to the database admin program :(

Now they are ignoring my request for a refund (gave me a url and entered details twice), but even after 1 month still no refund.

Now support tickets get lost :mad: Though the support tickets I did leave took over 2 days to be replyied (they say it should only take 1 hour!!)

Thankfully found www.aussiehosts.com much better. Database done in less than an hour, and also tickets take from 15 mins to 1 hour TOPS :)

Do a chargeback on your charge card and tell 'em to sit on it and rotate.

Oh....I hate charge backs. Try to work it out with the host and try and get a refund. Chargebacks are really your last resort.

Can you do a charge back with a paypal account? If you can I"ll do it right now, I don't care about them, I care about my money.
