Anyone know a good hosted bulk email solution? Our lists are only up to 2000 names long so we don't need anything too extreme. Cooleremail.com is one company I am considering. Any others?

A lot of web hosting companies include support for email hosting solutions of that size with their accounts. You should see if your existing web host allows for that.
