Iam looking for a UK based Hosting company which offers:

Windows Hosting
MS-Sql Server
Custom DLL Installations

The 3rd point is the most important one.

Any suggestions ?

do a google for globaluprise - email them cos I think they can do UK servers on availablility

You should search for the keyword "uk host" in google and contact each of those hosting companies if they would allow you to install custom DLL's with the windows plan.

I am not sure how many hosting companies would allow you to do that.

What are your other requirements?

And if budget is not a consrain, go for a VPS..
