Anyone out there know of a decent, affordable solution for adding phone menuing options to a standard phone line (i.e, press 1 for support 2 for sales, etc...)

OT: Make sure you have at least 7 menu options and #7 is support just like the big companies. :D Sorry, I don't know where to get this, though I do know there are a couple different options. You can get the hardware and do it in house, or out source it as a service. Hardware for a decent system can be expensive.

Are you open to using an outsourced company to do it? It'll be the cheapest bet. If so, let me know and I'll suggest a company to you.
