I know I can find a lot of what I need by searching past threads in this Forum, but I have little time and about 20 Resold Accounts to transfer from Jumpline to a new host.

I'm looking for recommendations as to where to move the accounts. I'm considering CrystalTech and Hosting Matters, but would welcome any and all suggestions.

Reliability and Support are primary concerns. I prefer a host where I can talk to a support person live (if necessary) when needed in addition to the usual trouble-ticket/email approach.

Price is secondary. In fact, some of the lowest cost providers scare me! I want my ISP to make money so they can invest in infrastructure, support and so forth.
