 | View Full Version : RAQ550 POP server dying qhasxeem 05-09-2005, 05:41 PM I've got a RAQ550 with POP3 version 3.1.2. The POP3 stops working or dies on me. After the max login per minute, it freezes and I have to restart it. 1) Anyone got a clue on to how to fix this? 2) How do you upgrade the POP3 server? galacnet 05-13-2005, 09:17 PM Maybe you could see why are there MAX logins per minute. Because that would mean almost a thousand individual people trying to access your mail server every 60 seconds... ... Anyone got a better solution than the cobalt RAQ550s for that many users? galacnet 05-16-2005, 10:55 AM Yes if you have that many users per server, I suggest either load balancing it if you prefer to use Cobalts or get a more powerful server. OR there are alternative systems that run on the RaQ550 GUI. I believe they are called Argon and Tyan servers. Check out http://raqware.com :) they got a lot of stuff for the cobalts there. |
