Hi, I've recently installed Backup Exec on one of my servers. The people who are hosting my server provides tape-backup through Backup Exec.

The thing is that the directory to backup is choosen on their backup server, and not on my client. So I want to run the backup client service as another user to restrict access to directories. How is this done?

I was told that the service needs to be run as root? Is this true?
