Is it legal to start an online casino in the United States of America? Specifically Florida. Are there any liscences that you need to get to own an online casino?

If you dont need to get licenses, that would be scary.

I'd imagine this would be an absolute red-tape nightmare! Your best bet would be to speak to a solicitor.

I'd recommend going with some affiliate programs. They offer some pretty good profit sharing.

There are tons more, but that's all I can think of right now. Run a search at yahoo to find more sites, but those two are pretty good and very popular sites.

i saw some "turnkey" sites a while back, but i can't recall any domains for them.

i know operating online gambling in the U.S. is illegal that's why most of gambling site are host outside of U.S.

Yep have to go over seas to england or closer to somewhere like the Bahamas...

As far as affiliate programs the people at 888 seem to pay out the most on their CPA(Cost Per Acquisition) Plan...
