Usually when a client purchases from a reseller they will experience better support and talk with more helpful staff. The reason is because a reseller really values each client. In comparison to a large company who can risk losing a few clients here and there. This is not always the case, especially not for resellers that look for the cheapest prices and offer the cheapest possible prices to customers in return. In the end, no money is saved to pay for staff. This kind of business is usually ran by teenagers who are looking to make some extra bucks to buy more video games =).
