Yes, I have. I submitted a request for a client with a small business site and I accepted their offer. Their welcome message has a Word manual that gave me quite enough info to get started immediately. I had never been sent a manual in the welcome message, so that was really nice.

The first week was great----had absolutely no problems on the account. I asked them to install MIME::Lite, they did within a couple of hours.

I was almost done setting up the site and they contacted me to let me know about an Apache corruption on the server the site was residing on and they wanted to know if I wanted to move sooner rather than later--which later was inevitable. I chose to move immediately. Now, even though this was a pain--it happens, and it was nice to know that they were going to fix the server instead of just letting everyone be on a buggy server and letting it go.

Then the switch was made, and it was quite a mess. The IP and domain resolved to JMR's site instead of the clients, the IP they sent was wrong so i could not get into the CP. I could not ftp or telnet and change permissions on files, and other problems came up while I was trying to get the site back together.

HOWEVER, their suport was stellar through the whole thing. I emailed them with the first problem (the IP/domain resolving to JMR's site instead of client's) and very quickly, I got a reply that they fixed it and explained the situation. I discovered the other problems as I was re-configuring the site. We exchanged dozens of emails within a few hours on several problems as they came up, and they responded almost immediately to every one with a fix.

I don't know who moved the account and set it up, but it was not done right. They admitted this, and fixed everything very quickly. I was very satisified with their performance regarding the matter.

Now, all is great again. I haven't had any problems since. They even remembered to install MIME:Lite on the new server for me without me having to remind them.

From this long-winded post, from my experiences I would recommend them. Their support is great, I think the account snafu was a one-time thing, and that they handled the situation very professionally.
