Hey,
I need this sliced and coded in valid HTML and CSS. Heres what to do:
The 4 grey bars, the header and3 hosting offers need to have rollovers. They need to have a 10% transparency black colour overlay on the background colour. This means that the rollover for the personal pack with just have the blue slightly darker, the writing and server image will not change colour.
The menu needs to have rollovers as shown in the image, self explanatory, the main content text needs to be html text, and so does the text in the news section on the right, even the news titles. But the rectangle BG behind each news item needs to be a clickable link, don’t worry about rollovers for that. Make sure the background tiles downwards and across etc like:

But better obviously, with all the colours working etc. Please leave a quote and timeframe here. No PM's or emails or IM's please, they will be rejected. Once I pick someone I will send the PSD. I will pick the cheapest one with the capability. Don't bullsh*t me, it's happened to much before, this will lead to more work if I ever need something more coded (almost certain).
