So i have been struggling to get netsaint to configured.

It is a little ambiguous when it asks for the html and the cgi directories...do they go into the /usr/local/netsaint/html or /cgi or what...

i guess i am lost so if anyone has any insight i would appreciate it.

It doesnt seem to be installing the cgi's and html there, it is installing it in the directory where the tar was expanded...

If you have any tips on the configuration commands you can be free to inform me ;)

I believe you can install the HTML files in the defualt directory. In the instruction book, it then tells you to make a directory alias inside of your apache configuration to point to that directory..

Installing NetSaint isn't the easist thing every. It took some time, but we also installed ours to read various things across four of our servers. In the end, Very Nice!!!

I would suggest, that you spend some time reading the instructions for it. I know they are quite long, but they do make sense if you read through them entirely. I hate reading directions, but I don't think I would have gotten it up and running without them...

Typical Human Beings Don't Use Intstructions LOL. Thats something that people don't really think about before doing something. I spent 2 weeks trying to work the free script at OpenCube.com and then I read the instructions.

LOL ;)

I'm glad I'm not the only one. The biggest complaint my partner has with me, is that I don't read the directions.. I just DO stuff...haha

But I'm learning... =)
