I just wanted to say that I am extremely pleased with the level of service and quality of product that I have received from Ventures Online.
I just signed up about 3-4 weeks ago. I have submitted several support tickets that are always answered to my satisfaction within a few hours.
The servers are FAST AS HELL and I love the amount of control that I have to the site and its features. Did I mention that I'm on a Dual 1.0 Ghz machine with 3 gigs of ram!??!?! SMOKIN!!!
I was overcharged by ValueWeb, my Gearhost run was a firepit from hell, and Jumpline may have screwed me over a few times.
Valueweb charges like $15/month for a mySQL db ON TOP OF THE $20/month BS regular bottom of the mill hosting. Jumpline changes policies on a whim and gives evasive answers. Gearhost ... well ... everyone (by now) knows that the I-control panel is an I[ntense]-PIECE OF CRAP.
Thus far ... Ventures Online seems to be a standup shop that will keep my business as long as they stay true to their customers!
