1- Cobalt RaQ4 experience.
2- PHP, MySQL, Perl knowledge
3- knowledge of hosting environment, like dns, mail, apache.

Job description:
1- To be available on online live chat
2- Respond to customers' technical queries sent in the help desk.

Working hours:
First position: from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM - GMT
Second position: from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM - GMT
