I have seen alot of threads in here about blocking ips, however the threads are so long with so many different views and such its hard to find EXACTLY what is needed to install them and make it work. Its really hard to try peicing together all the information in all the threads and putting it together. If anyone could give me a place to go to download or read on how to do it and the complete list of ips it would be great.

If there is any other security feature that would be good, let me know that as well please :) (btw, I plan on using 2CheckOut.com service).

What kind of server are you on? On Linux, you would want ipchains http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/IPCHAINS-HOWTO.html

The webmin control panel provides great IPChains Module that works great and is easy to install and configure.

I am on Linux, I will see if it will work :D
