Hi,
Has anyone had any experiences with Dedicated/Colocated service from venturesonline as of lately. I know that they have a very good reputation, and that's why I am trying to colocate some equipment with them. But, I cannot get a response! I've e-mailed them, and called twice over the last week. Any thing going on with them currently that might be causing distress?

We have a dedicated with them and they are totally superb -- extremely helpful, knowledgeable and their response to support tickets is so quick you would not believe it (usually just minutes).
No I don't work for them or get commission :D just a very happy customer.

Fiber 03-15-2002, 04:07 PM I am with Ventures Online myself, and I like them a lot. I wouldn't leave if I have to, and I don't have to so I'm staying :).
You won't be dissapointed, just have the phone nearby.

neal007 03-15-2002, 06:02 PM I'm a new VO colo customer, man, there is NO other! VO *is* the answer! They are the best, they have been great to deal with, they have taken great care of my life savings (new servers) and I just could not be happier. (no, this is not a paid message:))

VO has the BEST, if not THE BEST support I've ever delt with, past and present. If you are with VO for a period of time, you'll actually get spoiled by their support.

Within a month time we are planning to shift our all servers to them. Even their new data center is also good. And regarding that e-mail response time they might got many many enquires and moreover I guess they still are busy with their new dat center....
But as a VO's customer I don't have any problem....I don't have any issues till date.....

slinky 03-26-2002, 01:26 AM VO is well priced for what they offer. Support is incredible. If you see plans for a few bucks less here, forget it. The moment things go wrong you'll ask yourself why in the world you didn't go for the host with the better rep for the extra $20 per year. Ridiculous.
I went through withdrawal symptoms here when I left my last host after 3 years. Now I'm wondering why. No complaints, whatsoever - and this is after almost a year of being hosted.
