I have one paticular web hosting client that regularly has problems connecting to his web site and using email. Every time an issue is reported, I can reach his site fine & have tested it using third party services with no problems. Does anyone have an knowledge of problems that could be caused by his internet connection or ISP in this regard, as I am stumped as to what is happening with his connection problems.
