I received a ticket today from one of our customers who signed up a couple of hours ago and is paying monthly, saying that he would like to pay yearly, but could not figure out how to do this on our order form?

I think the different payment/plan options are spelled out pretty clear, and your order form in general is very easy to use.

Are you updating your page, I'm just getting page cannot be displayed.
I think you will always get customers that cant fill the order form in properly. What one person sees clearly doesnt mean someone else would.

I have managed to see it now. It looks ok to me, very simple, nice and clean. Simple choice - monthly or yearly, cant go wrong.

Hostit365 was never down, nor were our DNS servers. Could this have been a temporary issue with your ISP's DNS servers possibly?

It is pretty straightforward. There shouldn't be a big problem. It is very easy to order.

I agree - it was probably just question to check you out and check your reaction to these kind of questions.

It looks simple enuff for the average chimp to figure out. Oh, wait, we're talking about the average net user.

Yes. The ticket was resolved within 5 minutes. :)

Nice looking, but I would made separate fields for the plan and the payment cycle.
