My company has some free hosting clients but we want also to provide free hosting but with our free hosting would like to add banners/adverts on how can we if we only have a reseller account any way around of this and i know i need root to setup adverts on sites that needs them anyway around this?

Maybe you should grab a low price VPS, one example would be from servint.com

As far as I know, this would be the best solution.

Im curious how root would help you with setting up advertisments?

Server side modification / script to put the ad's on. It's not like you can put it in the skeleton directory and just hope they don't take it off.
