If your site is www.yourdomain.com, then during the setup process put a hostname of www and a domain name of yourdomain.com.

The first 'virtual' site listed will be www.yourdomain.com, and you're done.

FYI, your site will be located at

/home/sites/home/web

instead of

/home/sites/siteX/web
