i try to contact godaddy.com by email support and also by phone call to make the redemption process to my domain but no reply ??!!
on email support thay send me call us
i call and hold on the phone with no useful
what i can do ???!!!!:confused:
plz any one can help

thay do not put any fax number in the site :(
thats too bad godaddy is a accredited registrar and they dont have fax no on their site

They reply very fast to emails. Just open a ticket and wait a couple of hours.

How long? Ages? It always happens with them and when they do not reply to mails / do not return calls, how can you expect that they would reply your faxes?
Something similar happened with me few months ago and I have transfered all of my domains away from GD.
They do not value customers - fine. I had just 30-40 domains at that time and now I have 150+ domains with Registerfly.
Thats their lost.
