Just curious if anyone has experienced difficulty with datahosts.net support. I've had some trouble getting my account setup within their designated time frame and my questions are taking awhile to get answered. Also, are they an offshore company with a US address? I have called them 6 times in 3 days and have never received an answer and my calls go unreturned.

They came highly recommended, but they are not quite up to par.

Thanks.

Greetings,

If you have placed an order and have not received your activation email then email me and I will look into it.

The main reason why some accounts are delayed is because they have submited a questionable credit card, what does a questionable CC means ? It means a CC that was recently ( in minutes/hours) jacked and even our payment processor does not know this. Although, our payment processor checks for these things, we also have our own background check and if the CC is found to be in the most recent list of stolen CC then we deny it and notify our processor about it.

I'm not saying that yours is stolen but i'm only saying this in the general sence, since we have some accounts w/ stolen CC that was approved by our payment processor and we refused to configure these accounts for the same reasons above.

No, we are a local southern California company w/ office in the south county area.

Thank you.

My account was setup after a short period. My question is regarding certain functionality, specifically my inability to utilize webmail. I have left multiple emails and voicemails only to recieve the reply "we'll look into it".

Greetings,

It should be working by now, your account is on one of our newest servers and the rDNS was not properly configured.
