I am going to take first time domain reseller account and do not have any idea about this how does it works.

I will be use domian reseller account only for selling domians.
I have selected two registrar - Directi.com and Enom.com

Enome.com is little bit expenses then Directi.com but supporting tld more then directi.com

Now the quistion is if I go with directi.com at this time and in future I need to shift with Enom then can I transfer the domains from Directi.com to Enome.com reseller account?

As I said I will use reseller account for selling the domains. and user will come and register by them self and have thier contact as admin. As my knolage transfering the domain need to send approval to admin and if they approve then it will transfer it. But can it be done from one reseller account to another reseller account without any notification to the domain admin contact.

Thank you,
Raza

Once your clients establish domains with the registrar you resell with, they would have to move themselves over. You can't do it for them. You are a reseller after all and not a registrar.

If you are going to go with Directi, keep in mind that you basically have to handle all billing yourself. Places like Enom, Wild West Domains, or icanreseller are a bit more expensive but they handle all the back end stuff for you (billing, support, etc) so you only have to sell the domains. If you're set up to handle the backend stuff then great but make sure you compare apples with apples when you are doing a cost comparison of resellers.

I dont have much idea how reseller account work.
I have plan I should use my owen front end system like Whois.Cart and my own payemnt prcesing account.

Will it be ok with DirectI.com or should creat any problem?

It should work just fine but call Directi and talk to them about it. If you're prepared to use your own shopping cart and billing software then that's great. Directi is probably good for you. I was just making sure you knew that was one of the drawbacks for me.

Prices that you pay for the domains are about the same among the major reseller plans so the main thing I've seen is how much backend you want the registrar to handle for you.

With Enom and WWD ... do customers go to the reseller for support or do they contact Enom & WWD directly?

You can do either. Resellers that want to let them do all the billing and support have that choice. If they want to handle everything themselves they can do that too.
